- The registration including a 20 minutes trial class at Latogo’s website is free of charge on-demand
- To access the German language courses on Latogo you must register for a free account and purchase a class package that best meets your needs
- You have the option to purchase class packages including teacher-led private and/or group classes and interactive self-paced learning material
- The class packages are valid for 3 months

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions („Terms”), Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements: „Customer“, „Student”, „You“ and „Your“ refers to you as a visitor or customer on our website and accepting the Company’s terms. „Latogo“, „Ourselves“, „We”, „Our“ and „Us“, refers to HalloLatogo OÜ.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and confirm that you are over the age of 13 and able to form legally binding contracts.

Determining which personal data may be shared on your profile is at your discretion and is your responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account, username, and password. Under no circumstances will Latogo be responsible or liable for any loss or damages of any kind, including personal injury or death, or for any direct, indirect, economic, exemplary, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses or damages that are directly or indirectly not exclusively related to:
Any errors or omissions in the Service’s technical operation; or any damage to any user’s computer, hardware, software, modem, or other equipment or technology, including damage from any security breach or any virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer line, or network failure or any other technical or other malfunction, including losses or damages in the form of lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, inaccuracy of results, or equipment failure or malfunction.
In particular, Latogo does not assume any responsibility for any improvement of your language learning; the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or non-delivery of information; failure to store any user communications or personalization settings; restriction or loss of access; any bugs or other errors; unauthorized use due to your sharing of access to the Service; or any malfunction and/or inadequacy of the internet connection or the hardware you are using.
We do not guarantee that the website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform to access the website. You should use your virus protection software. Latogo does not review, monitor, operate, and/or control the Third-Party websites and makes no guarantees, representations, and/or warranties as to, and shall have no liability for, the content available on or through the Third-Party websites.
To be able to make full use of the services you must likewise use these technologies (e.g. up-to-date browser technologies, Adobe Flash) or enable their use on your computer (e.g. activate Java Script, enable cookies and pop-ups). If older or not commonly used technologies are used, you might only be able to make limited use of the services.
The internet services required for the use of Latogo and the necessary equipment are the sole responsibility of the User concerning the costs incurred, the availability, and the security of the data connection.
Latogo expressly does not guarantee that the services offered are suitable for the specific goals pursued by the individual user.
The services provided by Latogo or any of our licensors or teachers are provided “as is,” as available, and without any warranties or conditions (express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage or trade).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Unless otherwise stated, HalloLatogo OÜ owns the intellectual property rights for all material including content, text, images, software, audio and video files, documentation, quizzes, and the Site. The materials are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may view and print pages from latogo.de for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms.
You may not:
- Republish, post, distribute material from latogo.de
- Sell, rent or sub-license, translate material from latogo.de
- Reproduce, modify, duplicate or copy material from latogo.de
Subject to your compliance with these Terms Latogo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, to access and view any Latogo Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purpose.
- Payment Policy
To use the Payment Services, you must first register to create a Latogo Account in accordance with the Terms.
Concerning Paid Services that are offered, Latogo offers different class packages so that you can choose the one that best meets your needs. Payment for Paid Services is made in advance. Details of the different class packages and prices are available here: www.latogo.de /pricing. Class packages on Latogo are valid for 3 months. Reminders will be sent to you when the expiration date of their package comes due. We have the right to change the package fees in effect at any time, upon reasonable notice posted on the site and emailed to current customers.
Latogo Credits
Latogo Credits that are tied to US Dollars are virtual currency purchased from HalloLatogo OÜ. We are not responsible for any currency fluctuations that occur when you pay in a currency other than USD.
They can be used solely on the Site to purchase class packages and have no value outside of Latogo. To acquire these Credits, you use a third-party payment method (example: debit or credit card) to pay the necessary amount. By providing your credit card or bank account information, you authorize us to charge such a credit card or bank account for the amounts stated on the payment page. Following a successful transaction, your Student Wallet will have the corresponding amount of Latogo Credits.
Authorized payments are final. No refunds will be given for Latogo Credits purchased.
Class Cancellation Policy
Latogo will not be responsible and will not refund any class credits for classes booked on the wrong dates or times.
If you need to travel between timezones, or there are regional timezone changes, it is your responsibility to book your classes accordingly.
Live classes have to be scheduled at least 24h before starting.
If the teacher cancels a class in advance, you will receive a full refund.
If the teacher misses a live class, you will receive a full refund upon request.
If the start time of a class is rescheduled, you will receive a full refund upon request.
Canceling classes less than 24 hours in advance will result in a loss of credit, regardless of the circumstances.
You must attend no later than 10 minutes after the start of the class to count as attended. Attending afterward results in a loss of credit.
If you do not attend a class due to reasons for which Latogo is not responsible (may it be health, job, technical, personal, or any other), Latogo will not refund the class. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and the required technical settings such as a microphone or speakers.
If problems occur on Latogo’s side until 10 minutes after the start time of the class, you can leave the class and report the class issue (teacher no show/technical error) informing Latogo via email within 48 hours and we will refund accordingly your Credit.
Feedback
When you confirm a live class was successful, you will also be asked to leave feedback and a rating for the teacher. Leaving feedback or rating is optional. However, if you do so, you agree that your feedback will not be used to artificially raise or lower a teacher’s rating, commit fraud, spam, insult, harass, threaten, or enact intentional misuse.
- Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, anytime without notice, for any reason, and without any obligation to you or any third party. That may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Any suspension or termination will not affect your obligations to us, including any payment obligations to us, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any payments. Upon suspension or termination of your access to the Services, or upon notice from us, your license to use the Services will terminate immediately.
- Iframes
Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
- Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Latogo, our goal is to resolve such a dispute quickly and cost-effectively. Accordingly, you agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises between us out of this Agreement or the Latogo Services. Before resorting to these alternatives, you agree to first contact us directly to seek dispute assistance by going to Customer Service.
- Modification of the Terms
The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on the key pages of our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days before these changes take place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement regularly.
