Latogo is a marketplace that connects young adults and teachers curious to learn, improve, and speak German. As students joining us are minors too, ensuring their safety and creating a trustworthy relationship is our topmost priority.
Student
- Be punctual to teachers and attend all classes you have committed to.
- Take responsibility for making each class a great and fun experience.
- Make sure that your internet connection is stable, the hardware functioning is proper, interact, stay focused and avoid distractions.
- Respect your tutor and colleagues, and create a cooperative, positive, and productive learning environment.
- Do not disclose your personal information unless necessary and don’t ask others for it either (e.g. email address, phone number, etc.)


Teachers
- Teachers at Latogo German language classes should take care of professional values and relationships: Show utmost care to children and parents.
- Respect individuality: Allow each learner to speak & listen. Respect their opinions as well.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Latogo.
- Maintain high standards of pedagogy focused on student learning, assessment.
- Create a social environment where students can interact freely and develop lifelong language skills.
- Establish an effective communication with students.
- Respond promptly to questions and requests.
- Solicit student feedback.
Latogo

- We communicate promptly with students, parents, teachers, and others and maintain a professional, collaborative, and supportive relationship.
- Trust and respect is our top-most priority.
- We act in the best interest of our students. We may even dis-enroll users or remove content from the platform that fails to comply in accordance to our policies.

We assume the best intentions in others and ask all our members to do so. Things can go wrong, whether it’s technical or unanswered messages. We ask that you share feedback in a constructive way.
